Independent stylist - chair rental opportunity

The independent stylist chair rental opportunity is for the established stylist that is looking for a new salon to call home for themselves and their guests. 

We are looking for someone who:
Has an established business focused on hair color and/or hair extensions
Values working in a team based environment
Is passionate about what they do and values continued growth and improvement
Is dedicated to their career and is committed to providing a top quality guest experience from start to finish

A newly renovated salon in the heart of The Arts and Design district in downtown Carmel. This salon was meticulously designed to create a fresh, peaceful, and luxurious space for both the stylist and the guests alike.
Complete independence with your schedule, hours of operation, and pricing
A full work station that belongs exclusively to you
Individual storage in our private color room
A private break room with access to a refrigerator and microwave
Kevin Murphy + Unite backbar - all back bar, styling products, and retail is provided
Retail sales incentives
Full supply of capes and towels. A washer and dryer are on site.
Full supply of color brushes, bowls, bottles, and combs
Access to a fully stocked drink and snack bar for your guests to enjoy during their appointment

Quarterly marketing photo and video shoots
A team of like minded stylists who will support you in all aspects of your career

The details:
We have flexible rental rates.
Daily rate: $100 per day
Part time: (up to 20 hours per week) $200 weekly
Full time: (unlimited hours) $300 weekly
Month to month lease with NO noncompete or contracts
Independent stylists will have full control over their booking, schedule, and pricing

Assistant Opportunity

Our assistant program is for the dedicated and passionate stylist who is looking to fast track their career as an independent stylist. You will work alongside Tiffany learning all of the knowledge and skills that she has acquired through her years in this industry. You will not only learn technical skills in the art of hair extensions and hair color, but will also receive business coaching and mentoring to help you grow into a successful independent hair stylist.

We are looking for somebody who is:

     Dedicated to providing a top quality experience for all guests             within the salon
     A team player
     Passionate about Hand Tied Extensions and Hair Color
     Strong work ethic

Our assistant program is for the dedicated and passionate stylist who is looking to fast track their career as an independent stylist.
